How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Mistakespurposes Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Report
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Mistakespurposes Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Then let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Mistakespurposes Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@mistakespurposes.garden and include:
1. Your name and a way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and the outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
